While we provide free shipping on your initial purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- You are responsible for creating your own return label and paying all associated shipping fees.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at sayhi@goldmamas.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days from the time we receive your item for the refund to be processed.
- Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
- Bank Delays: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at sayhi@goldmamas.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom products (such as special orders or engravings)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
