What fabric is Ponchy made of?
Our Ponchy fabric composition is 60% Polyester and 40% Viscose.
How do I take care of my Ponchy?
Ponchy is easy to clean since it is machine washable (using a washing bag is preferred), just make sure you use the delicate cycle and low tumble dry. You can always follow the care instructions attached to your nursing cover.
I just placed an order and I wish to modify it.

I got a Ponchy as a gift and it doesn't fit. What can I do?

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns processed and submitted through the Gold Mamas website. We are not responsible for products sold outside our website. We are not responsible for packages shipped outside of our return system. Merchandise must be new, unused, unwashed and have all tags, including any Gold Mamas hang tags attached.

Can I return a product to you if I bought it somewhere else?
All returned products must be purchased on the website. If you purchased via Amazon or a different online store, please follow the correspondent return instructions.
Can I return my Ponchy even though I wore it?
All products must be unworn and free of damage and signs of wear, including creases, stretching, stains, or any other visible signs of usage. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Gold Mamas hang tags attached.
I wish to exchange my Ponchy for a different color, what can I do?
We have found exchanges tend to delay the process of getting your product reshipped out and we are certain you want your product as soon as possible without any sort of delay! For this reason, we advise everyone to return their current order and repurchase the product(s) so that it ships out immediately!

Is there a fee to return a product?
There is a $6.95 handling fee on returns, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount (once per return).
